Your resume will be assessed from an employer’s perspective and we will provide a comprehensive critique over the phone, or in writing, on ideas of how you can make it more competitive to get that crucial job interview. 

However, if the Resume Consultant believes it needs a major makeover, and a review will not suffice due to the amount of changes needed, we will advise you and no costs will be occurred. There is no obligation to have it redone through Pro-Active Human Resource Management.

Please be aware that you will need an understanding of what is required  to rewrite your resume. If you do not accept all changes, which will be based on strategy that suits your employment history, and use only part of the suggestions made to improve it,  your resume may be ineffective and can actually be worse than it was originally.

Don't leave it until the last minute.

If your resume writer is free to see you at the last minute you must consider if he or she is any good.  A good resume writer will be sought after, so get in early so make a booking. 

You book your hairdresser don't you? Why? You may get lucky and get a cancellation, however a good hairdresser must be booked at least three to 4 weeks in advance. It is the same for a  professional resume writer. Book your work in now
